The storage area is fully automated with a capacity of approximately 4,000 pallet spaces at -28°C and about 1,500 pallet spaces at +4°C.

This allows the handling of non-EU goods and deferral of tax payments after the sale, rather than upon the arrival of the goods, as traditionally done. Additionally, it possesses an "Approved Customs Location" for the completion of all customs formalities on-site, crucial for partial loads, making the ordinary procedure more streamlined and advantageous in terms of time and risks.
